1) How can I check the status
of my order?
Upon processing your order, you will
receive the necessary tracking number for your package(s). If you do
not have the necessary information or did not receive your order
confirmation, please contact us at: support@taiwanimports.com
or call us at 801-263-3790.
2) How can I track my order
after it has been shipped?
To track your package you can link to
the UPS website where you can track your package real time.

3) After my order is placed
on the web site, how long does it take to process it?
Orders received before 2:00 PM MST
will be processed that day. Orders that are received after
2:00 PM MST will be processed the next business day. Orders
placed on Saturday or Sunday are typically processed on Monday
Morning.
4) What is your return
policy?
Taiwan imports has a 30 day return
policy on every item we sell. There are some limitations
however, Christmas merchandise purchased is not returnable after
December 15th (12.15). All returns are subject to the following:
1) All products must be returned in
original, unused condition. Original packaging preferred.
2) Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
5)If there are any problems
with my order, will I be informed?
If there are any problems with your
order (i.e. an item is out of stock, your credit card number was
invalid, etc.), you will receive an e-mail for a customer service
representative.
6) If I have already placed
on order on the web site, can I change it?
You can change or cancel your order
by calling us at 801-263-3790 or e-mail us at support@taiwanimports.com.
If you call us, please have your order ID number ready, if you
e-mail us please reference your order ID number in the Subject field
of your e-mail.
