1) Do I need an account to buy from you?
Yes, Taiwan Imports is a wholesale supplier meaning we only sell to companies or individuals with a valid resale or tax exemption number. This provides our customers with very low prices.
2) Is there a minimum purchase order?
No, there is no minimum order, however with larger orders you get better discounts.
3) Tell me about your discounts
Taiwan Imports gives you a discount of 5% on orders less than $100.00 and 10% off orders greater than $100.00 when paying with a credit card or cashiers check, money order, or personal check. Personal checks may take up to two weeks to process. Case pricing receives an additional 5% off, please check with us.
Product Information
1)Are all your products listed on your web site?
Taiwan Imports carries thousands of items in the warehouse and most items on our website. We do not list very heavy or fragile items. If you don't find something you are looking for, please e-mail us at sales@taiwanimports.com or call us at 1-801-263-3790 or 1-800-529-9829.
2) How can I find out whether a product I want to order is in stock?
Our software is in the process of being linked to our inventory site so inventory count is not being updated to our web page. When you process your order, if a product is out of stock we will issue you a backorder and confirmation via e-mail. Sorry for the inconvenience.
3) Do you match competitors prices?
Taiwan Imports is wholesale only, meaning we only sell to people with a tax exemption number. The prices you see are wholesale prices which are very low to begin with. We do check our competitors pricing constantly to ensure our prices are in line with those of other companies in the wholesale flower market. Because we work so hard to ensure our prices are competitive, we do not price match.
4) How do I get more information on a product?

Taiwan Imports charges shipping according to the weight of each shipment.

1) How can I check the status of my order?
Upon processing your order, you will receive the necessary tracking number for your package(s). If you do not have the necessary information or did not receive your order confirmation, please contact us at: support@taiwanimports.com or call us at 801-263-3790.
2) How can I track my order after it has been shipped?

3) After my order is placed on the web site, how long does it take to process it?
Orders received before 2:00 PM MST will be processed that day. Orders that are received after 2:00 PM MST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are typically processed on Monday Morning.
4) What is your return policy?
Taiwan imports has a 30 day return policy on every item we sell. There are some limitations however, Christmas merchandise purchased is not returnable after December 15th (12.15). All returns are subject to the following:
1) All products must be returned in original, unused condition. Original packaging preferred.
2) Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
5)If there are any problems with my order, will I be informed?
If there are any problems with your order (i.e. an item is out of stock, your credit card number was invalid, etc.), you will receive an e-mail for a customer service representative.
6) If I have already placed on order on the web site, can I change it?
You can change or cancel your order by calling us at 801-263-3790 or e-mail us at support@taiwanimports.com. If you call us, please have your order ID number ready, if you e-mail us please reference your order ID number in the Subject field of your e-mail.

Yes. We will set up an open account after you have ordered from us at least a few times. To submit an open account information, please contact a sales representative at 1-800-529-9829 and we will give you the appropriate forms to fill out.

2) How often is the web site updated?
For the most up to date pricing and product information, we update our web site daily from Monday to Friday. We also make real time updates so you can take advantage of last minute price drops and specials. To be updated via e-mail, make sure you sign up on the subscribe section on the front page.
3) How can I search a product in your database?
Our online shopping system allows you to search using keywords such as item number, item description, even keyword such as Christmas, or Pine (for pine trees)
4) Why do I sometimes get error messages on your web site?
We strive to make your shopping experience at Taiwan imports Online as painless as possible, but occasionally you may get error messages due to server down time, unusually high traffic volume or site maintenance. if you do have a problem please report it immediately to our webmaster.
